The 2019 Top 250 Report is our 47th annual report on long-term incentives granted to executives at the 250 largest U.S. companies in the S&P 500 Index. The report is intended to inform boards of directors and compensation professionals in designing and implementing effective long-term incentive programs that promote long-term success for their companies in supporting strategic objectives and aligning pay delivery with performance. This report covers the following topics:

Eva Gencheva joined the firm in 2012 after working in the Executive Compensation & Rewards consulting practices of Hay Group and Towers Watson. Eva supports the firm’s engagements with Board Compensation Committees through the development and presentation of analyses pertaining to peer group development, short-term incentive plan design, equity plan design, compensation reviews and governance matters.
Christina LaRocque
Consultant
Christina LaRocque joined the firm in 2017. Previously, she interned for Roche Diagnostics in their Talent Management Department. While interning there, she gained relevant experience through analyzing and interpreting large sets of data and practicing project management skills.
