Jose Furman
Principal
Jose Furman’s primary responsibilities include conducting market research and analyzing pay levels, designing incentive plans, and examining market trends. Representative projects include leverage performance unit modeling, extensive pay-for-performance analyses, realizable compensation, and new-hire CEO recruiting compensation packages.
Ian Kim
Consultant
Ian Kim joined the firm in 2022. He has worked with both late-stage pre-IPO and mature publicly-traded clients, primarily in the technology and life sciences industries. Prior to FW Cook, Ian was an executive compensation consultant at Compensia.
Michael Kenney
Principal
Michael Kenney serves public and private companies of varying sizes and industries. He consults directly with the compensation committees and executive management teams of his clients and the clients of managing directors and principals he supports. Experiences and responsibilities include participating in compensation committee meetings, designing and preparing analytics that support compensation decision-making processes, managing consulting teams responsible for the preparation of client deliverables, and developing ongoing relationships with client human resources teams.
