2025 Executive Perquisites Report

FW Cook’s 2025 Executive Perquisites Report reveals a rise in the prevalence and value of security services and personal use of corporate aircraft for CEOs at S&P 100 companies between 2021 and 2024 amid an era of heightened security concerns. FW Cook anticipates the prevalence of security perks to continue to increase in 2025 and 2026 given the recent tragic events of the assassination of the UnitedHealth Group Executive and the shooting at the Blackstone and NFL corporate offices. These events, along with heightened geopolitical tensions, have prompted many companies to re-evaluate personal security benefits, including personal security guards, home security systems, chauffeured transportation, secured parking, and private aviation. While personal use of corporate aircraft and security perquisites have become increasingly central to executive compensation and safety protocols, other traditional perks like financial planning, car allowances, and club memberships remain less common and have seen relatively stable costs. This inaugural report provides critical insights into the latest trends, offering detailed analysis and data on the evolving nature of executive perks among S&P 100 companies.
