Genevieve Kelly joined the firm in 2023. Prior to joining FW Cook, Genevieve interned for Korn Ferry in their executive compensation consulting practice. While working there she gained experience in peer group development, pay benchmarking and incentive compensation plan design. Additionally, she conducted research for the firm’s annual ESG survey.
