Jack joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining, he interned at Keytronic, a contract manufacturer, in their Human Resources department as a generalist. While working there he gained experience in employee compensation, the hiring process, negotiation, and data analysis.  His consulting engagements focus on all elements of executive and board compensation, supporting teams in research and analysis of peer groups, cash and equity compensation, and aggregate equity use and dilution.
