Lauren Spencer joined the firm in July 2024. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience as a Strategy & Operations intern at Zinnia, where she specialized in resource forecasting and AI initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency. Previously, Lauren also worked as a Strategy & Operations intern at S&P Global in the Market Intelligence division where she analyzed revenue synergies and integration success following a significant merger. Additionally, she contributed to talent acquisition efforts during her internship with Slalom Consulting. While pursuing her studies at the University of Washington, Lauren served as a peer tutor in Accounting, Statistics, Finance, and Economics, further enhancing her analytical skills.
