Matt Kriteman joined the firm in 2022. He has experience working with clients in a variety of industries and market sizes. He consults on all aspects of executive and board compensation, including executive compensation trends, annual and long-term incentive program design, peer group development, and the relationship between executive pay and company performance. Prior to joining, he worked for KPMG in the Advisory practice, specifically in contract compliance and financial analysis, auditing external third parties.
