Matthew McCaffrey joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining the firm full time, Matthew interned at FW Cook for three consecutive summers, while also working part time during the school year. While working at FW Cook, Matthew obtained relevant experience regarding executive and non-employee director compensation, peer group creation, market research, and business development.
