Riley Berkholz joined the firm in July 2024. She serves on consulting teams for clients in a variety of industries.  Riley specializes in compensation benchmarking, financial performance analysis, incentive program assessment and market trends research. Prior to joining FW Cook, Riley had a management internship with Nordstrom in Austin, Texas. Throughout her college career, she learned how to work effectively in corporate and nonprofit organizations.
