Sonya Chang joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining the firm full time, Sonya interned at FW Cook during the summer of 2023 while also working part time during the school year. While working at FW Cook, Sonya obtained relevant experience regarding executive and director compensation, peer group creation, market research, and business development.
