Zach Clarke joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining FW Cook, Zach spent two years at Semler Brossy working with management teams and boards of directors to develop and implement executive pay and governance practices such as pay and incentive design, governance policies, pay structures, severance and CIC policies, and corporate performance benchmarking.
