Cimi Silverberg

Cimi Silverberg is Managing Director and Head of the Chicago office of FW Cook. With more than 25 years of consulting experience, she advises both public and private organizations in a variety of industries and company size categories. She consults on all aspects of executive compensation strategy and design, including competitive pay opportunities, annual and long-term incentive program design, employment agreement terms and conditions, and special compensation considerations for companies involved in large transactions. She is a frequent writer and speaker on the topic of executive compensation and a strong contributor to the firm’s technical papers and studies.

Prior to joining FW Cook in 2003, Cimi was Senior Director of FPL Associates Compensation, an executive compensation consulting firm focused on the real estate and related financial services industries. Prior to that, she was a consultant with Deloitte.
