Elaine Fouts

Elaine joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining FW Cook, she worked as an HR Coordinator at a real estate firm where she gained experience in compensation benchmarking and data analysis. She supports clients across various industries in all aspects of executive and board of director compensation. She provides a range of research and consulting services, including peer group development, annual and long-term incentive plan design, pay for performance assessment, and compensation benchmarking analysis.
