Eric Graves has been advising companies on compensation matters for over 10 years, including 9 years as a consultant with FW Cook and 2 years as a compensation analytics specialist for a large bank. He joined the firm’s New York office in 2014 before moving to the Houston office in 2020.

He specializes in complex and technical analyses, keeping track of key nuances and translating results into a clear story. He has advised companies of all sizes, industries, and ownership structures, from large public companies to private and growth-stage companies.

As an analytics specialist, Eric has also contributed significantly to FW Cook’s analytical templates and practices.
