Esther Raji

Esther Raji joined the firm in 2022. Her work covers a broad range of executive and director compensation and governance matters, including executive and director market assessments, peer group development, severance and change-in-control arrangements, CEO succession, short- and long-term incentive plan design, etc. She has worked with companies in a variety of industries including consumer services, energy, telecommunication services, retail, financial services, and information technology. Prior to joining FW Cook, she attended the University of Georgia where she participated in various clubs such as Women in Finance and Actuaries at UGA.
