The 2022 Harvard Roundtable on Corporate Governance focuses on current issues in corporate governance, and include such topics as:

  • The SEC’s proposed climate-disclosure rule
  • The SEC’s proposed rule regarding 13d disclosures
  • ESG proposals in the 2022 proxy season
  • Board oversight of ESG issues
  • Engagement between issuers and investors regarding ESG issues
  • Issuers’ and investors’ responses to the Russia-Ukraine war
  • The current state of hedge fund activism.

The Harvard Law School Corporate Governance Roundtable, operated by the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance, aims to contribute to discourse, policy making and education with respect to current issues in corporate governance. The Roundtable is supported by a broad group of members, including corporations and their advisors. An advisory council consisting of leading governance professionals and advisors provides the Roundtable with input on events and topics relating to corporate governance. Learn More»
