Grant Donaldson

Grant Donaldson joined the firm in 2022. He partners with compensation committees and management teams to arrive at effective solutions that appropriately balance the interests of all key stakeholders. Consulting engagements include all aspects of executive and board compensation, competitive assessment of compensation opportunities, analysis of equity compensation cost and usage levels, and review of annual and long-term incentive plan design, among others.
