James Garriga

James Garriga joined the firm in 2015 and provides personalized and ongoing support to both public and private companies in a broad range of industries. His current responsibilities include peer group analysis, total compensation design, tracking company performance over multi-year cycles, and preparing presentations.

Prior to joining the firm, James worked as a tax analyst for MTS consulting where he specialized in aiding for-profit and non-profit care facilities utilize the tax laws that have been put in place to help them operate successfully.
