Justin Chang joined the firm in 2025 and brings more than five years of executive compensation consulting experience. He collaborates with Compensation Committees of both public and privately-held companies in various industries. His consulting engagements focus on the development of executive compensation strategy, design of annual and long-term incentive programs, and transaction-related compensation issues.
Previously, Justin was employed as an executive compensation consultant and recruiting lead with Compensia and a technology implementation consultant with Infosys and Point B.
