Lauren Lamberson

Lauren Lamberson joined the firm in 2025. Prior to joining, she gained experience as a Summer Investment Analyst at Four Corners Property Trust, where she underwrote retail acquisitions, produced credit analyses, and presented data-driven insights on property performance to senior leadership. At Georgetown, Lauren was an active member of the Undergraduate Public Real Estate Fund, where she evaluated REIT investments and presented recommendations on multifamily and hospitality holdings. She also gained consulting experience through the Business for Impact program, developing pricing strategies for a Washington, D.C. nonprofit.
