Natalie Coffin joined the firm in 2026 and has more than six years of executive compensation consulting experience. She advises boards of directors on a broad range of compensation matters including peer group development, executive and director market assessments, incentive design, CD&A preparation, etc. She has worked with public and private companies in a variety of industries, including REITs, technology and consumer staples.

Previously, Natalie was an executive compensation consultant at Semler Brossy Consulting Group and specialized in REIT compensation consulting at Ferguson Partners.
