Rachel Gibbons joined the firm in 2016. She advises boards of directors and management of public and private companies on executive compensation matters, including incentive plan design, pay benchmarking, governance, disclosure, and board compensation committee meeting preparation. Prior to joining the firm, she was employed as an attorney at the law firm of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, and as a compensation consultant at Towers Watson.
