Serdar Sikca has over 15 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of executive compensation strategy and design, corporate governance trends, proxy drafting, as well as shareholder and proxy advisor engagement.
Serdar rejoined the firm in 2024, after having previously worked at FW Cook from 2010 to 2018. His advisory experience spans clients from Fortune 100 enterprises to small- and mid-sized organizations.
Previously, Serdar spent six years at PJT Partners’ Shareholder Advisory Group (“PJT Camberview”), advising public company Boards and management teams navigate complex challenges in the areas of executive compensation, shareholder engagement, and contested proxy voting. At PJT Camberview, he worked alongside the former heads of the stewardship teams from leading global investors such as BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street, along with senior members from ISS and Glass Lewis.
In addition to total executive compensation strategy and design, Serdar brings his clients deep intelligence on the institutional investor landscape, as well as hands-on experience designing, developing, and executing comprehensive shareholder engagement strategies. Serdar holds the designation of Certified Executive Compensation Professional and serves on the Markets Advisory Council of the Council of Institutional Investors (CII).
