Stephen Hom is a Principal at FW Cook with more than 15 years of experience in executive and broad-based compensation, including 10 years advising clients at FW Cook.
Stephen advises public and private companies on executive compensation strategy and design, including pay levels and structure, annual and long-term incentive programs, peer group development, and corporate governance matters. He works closely with Compensation Committees and senior management teams to develop compensation programs that support business objectives while aligning executive and shareholder interests.
Prior to joining FW Cook, Stephen held executive compensation and human resources roles at Goldman Sachs, PepsiCo, and Citigroup, providing him with an in-house perspective on compensation program design, administration, governance, and regulatory considerations.
