Steven Flores joined the firm in 2021. As a veteran commercial leader within the human capital management industry with more than 15 years of experience, he possesses extensive achievements and insights developing, marketing, and selling data, analytics, and SAAS within the HR advisory industry.

Prior to joining the firm, Steven was North American VP of Sales for Korn Ferry Digital. In his previous role as Partner at Aon, Steven led the integration of the rewards team across the legacy Aon-Hewitt and Radford organizations.
