She has advisory experience in areas including total compensation reviews, ongoing program management, corporate transactions, director compensation, short- and long-term incentive design, and pay-for-performance assessment.
Metin Aksoy

Metin Aksoy has 20 years of consulting experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, he worked in the Rewards practice of Towers Watson. He works with clients across a wide range of industries and at various stages of the company life cycle. His clients range from large publicly traded organizations to smaller publicly traded or privately held companies, including a number of private equity portfolio companies.
