Voytek Sokolowski

Voytek Sokolowski joined FW Cook in 2016 and advises clients across all industries on executive and board compensation matters. He leads engagements for private companies and small- and mid-cap public companies, and also serves as a supporting partner on the firm’s large-cap client relationships.

Voytek is recognized for a collaborative approach with management teams and compensation committees, and for his focus on thoughtful goal-setting and strong pay-for-performance alignment to help clients achieve fair and effective outcomes for all stakeholders.
